FDI Perspective No. 222: “Facilitating investment for sustainable development: it matters for Africa,” by Makane Moïse Mbengue

Investment facilitation is high on the agenda of trade and investment negotiations. This Perspective emphasizes the need for African countries to use investment facilitation as a tool for sustainable development. It also urges African countries to engage actively in discussions regarding investment facilitation, in particular within the WTO.
