Hazel Le is a Program Associate at CCSI, with interests spanning climate finance, natural resource management, and nature-based solutions. She holds a BA in Economics and Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College. Her prior work has focused on financing the energy transition, including work across solar, EV charging, and low-carbon chemicals, as well as ESG roadmaps and mapping Scope 3 emissions for corporate portfolios. She has also researched nature-based solutions, estimating the returns of blue carbon solutions and mangrove restoration projects. Most recently, she completed a capstone project evaluating stacking carbon, water, and biodiversity credits from a single project while preserving additionality and market integrity.
