Valuation and Damages in ISDS

Valuation of ISDS claims has become an exceedingly controversial topic, particularly given the increasing frequency of very large awards in recent years, many of which are against developing countries. CCSI’s work in this area focuses on analyzing damages as a critical element of ISDS reform.
