Submission to UNCITRAL Working Group III on Third-Party Funding Initial Draft

As part of a stakeholder comments opportunity, CCSI, alongside the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD), and the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) submitted a response to the UNCITRAL Working Group III Secretariat concerning its “Possible Reform of Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS): Draft provisions on third party funding.”
