Across coffee-growing regions, governments and coffee growers are asking how to align investment with sustainable development goals. They are also tasked with building resilience in the face of a warming planet that threatens to upend the entire value chain, and the livelihoods that depend on it. Our initiative offers a new, hands-on approach—grounded in real-world priorities and shaped through inclusive, locally led processes.

We delivered SDG-aligned investment plans that were co-developed with coffee producers in Colombia and Costa Rica, creating practical tools for diagnosing gaps, setting priorities, and aligning public and private finance.
Leading to conditions for better-coordinated public and private investments, addressing the structural and climate-related challenges of the coffee sector. By doing so, we enabled coffee-producing regions to strategically plan and act toward closing SDG gaps
