The multi-stakeholder participation featured: government integration of the just transition into climate policies and NDCs and creating enabling conditions for the deployment of rights-respecting renewable energy projects; company human rights policies and practices; investor engagement to advance human rights in their investments and net zero strategies; and civil society and academic studies and resources to evaluate and support rights-respecting renewable energy.
