CCSI’s education offerings span trainings, open-access courses, and professional programs—each designed to provide insights that drive real-world change. Led by CCSI experts and cross-disciplinary partners, our programs blend academic rigor with practical experience to equip participants with the tools to move their work forward.
CCSI conducts annual intensive learning experiences designed for officials and institutional representatives. Each program brings together participants from across regions and sectors to explore critical issues and engage in rich dialogue.
CCSI offers a series of self-paced online courses that remain open for enrollment.

Degree program
Offered by the Columbia Climate School and directed by CCSI’s Director Lisa Sachs, this one-year interdisciplinary program blends climate science with financial management practices. Designed in collaboration with Columbia Business School, it prepares professionals to lead financial decision-making in the face of climate change.
Professional learning
CCSI staff regularly contribute to the Columbia Climate School’s Executive Education and Professional Learning programs, lending their expertise to a range of interdisciplinary offerings.
