The Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment (CCSI) and the Center for International Commercial and Investment Arbitration (CICIA) co-sponsored a workshop, hosted by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP, “Where Public Meets Private: International Law and The Dynamic Interpretation of Treaties in the Context of the Draft UNCITRAL Rules on Transparency.” The event was designed to coincide with the UNCITRAL Working Group II session in New York.
