Companies (including IBM, GE, Trilliant and Fasken Martineau) discussed cross border greentech projects during the session, including how to harness Canada’s aggressive R&D tax incentives. Karl P. Sauvant offered opening remarks on FDI and how the financial crisis has affected cross-border investment.
